I have this friend. His name is Jason. He’s Canadian, he once played the game Power Grid with my husband at a party, and he’s totally a rad comic book artist!
Jason’s the artist on Pop, a story where pop stars are literally grown by the wealthy. He contributed to Ed Brisson’s Murder Book which is a collection of crime comics and to the Enormous: Field Guide, a book that spotlights characters from Tim Daniel’s Enormous. And then…there’s Michael May’s Kill All Monsters, a webcomic drawn by Jason that had a successful Kickstarter and will be coming out in Hardcover in 2016. Wait for it…Jason drew an issue of Daredevil!? Yes he did. Basically, his work is infiltrating the comic book world!
Check out his art for sale at ComicConArt.
Want more? Watch out for a new story from Kill All Monsters in Dark Horse Presents #12 coming out July 15. Did I mention his work is accessible!?
Follow Jason’s engaging utterings and mutterings on Twitter.
