Turn and face the strange…
And now, the fusing of blogs has come to pass. Welcome to my new portal for new and old posts regarding comics, musings and travels-so far. Food is a likely category that will join the ranks.
You may think, “ahhh, it’s all too much!” I thought this at first, then realized how silly it was to manage several blogs. I will be focusing my energy on one place to convey my thoughts, however James Joyce it may feel, you will have a better place to go to for traveling advice, comics reviews, criticism and fun, and, wait for it, my writing. Whatever form it will take, it’s time to be willing to allow others to read my work and hear feedback-I’m pretty good with constructive criticism (especially if you are fond of reading and/or are a writer yourself).
If you are new here, I’ll tell you a bit about myself. I split my time between making excellent coffee, editing comics, being domestic (as much as I hate to admit it), traveling for leisure and work, and constantly learning from others. If I were a sea creature, I would definitely be a sponge.
Tangent: In my search for sponge images, I discovered many types. Now, I am more like the Brain sponge-soaking up comics, places and life. But then there is the Stove Pipe sponge, which I find to be worthy of note as it speaks to my sometimes, gutter of a brain. Hide your eyes if you lack an appreciation for lowbrow humor.
