As you know I have been editing The Intrepids and today, the first comic that I have ever edited, was on comic book shelves all across countries with my name in it! My dream for the past 5 years came true thanks in part to many including my mother for inspiring me to edit, my family and friends supporting my passion for comics, Image Comics for taking me under their wing, Kurtis J. Wiebe and Scott Kowalchuk for gracefully allowing me to be a part of their creation, and Ross my partner in crime for his endless encouragement. I’m so humbled and thankful to be involved in such a unique and outstanding adventure comic. Keep reading because I can tell you right now you won’t be disappointed! Take my word for it.

Woo! Ok so I have gotten pretty far in the Invincible universe. Last week I was on Vol. 5, today I am on Vol. 10. That’s right, I am whipping through them. I’m officially hooked. I am so attached to these characters I may have to slow down. Granted it is on it’s 79th issue so I think I’m good for a bit. Allen the Alien is by far the most lovable alien I’ve ever encountered. E.T. being the first of course, but Allen doesn’t make me sob. You know you cried in E.T. just like the rest of us poor saps.
I am 4 pages into Skullkickers, and already it is even better than I expected. I found myself laughing aloud on page 1!
I purchased Green Wake Issue #2 today so I’ll be reviewing that here shortly as it is again night time and I am not strong enough to withstand potential nightmares. For Issue #3 I will read it the day it comes out while there is still sunlight, I promise.
Forgive the short post, but I must sleep. But check out this wonderful public service announcement I found by accident:
Congratulations! I know how awesome it can be to be able to work on something big, and see it come to life.
(Also, I'm the guy who asked about the URL for this blog earlier today, at the coffee shop. Hi!)
